I placed an order, but I didn’t see a payment option. How can I pay for my order?
A pre-paid invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been confirmed (this may take until midday of the next shop working day after the order has been created) and must be paid by the due date. Payment must be made to the bank account shown on the invoice. There are no other payment options in the online shop.

What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum basket amount for the online shop is 5.00 € .

Is it possible to shop online as a legal entity and receive an invoice with company details?
Yes. If you want to receive an invoice with your company details included when ordering goods, you must fill in the “Company or organisation” field. We will send you an invoice by email once your order has been confirmed (this may take until the morning of the day after the order has been created).

Is it possible to pay for my order when I collect the goods?
No, unfortunately this is not an option. Both individuals and legal entities have a pre-paid invoice and the goods will only be delivered once they have been paid in full.

Is it possible to split an invoice for one order into several invoices, e.g. by product group?
Unfortunately, the order invoice cannot be split into several invoices for accounting reasons. If you would like certain products to be invoiced separately, you will need to create several orders and we will invoice you for each order as a natural or legal person.

Is it possible to receive my order on the same day it is placed?
You can receive your order on the same day if the item description says “in stock” and you have received an email that the item is ready for collection.

How do I know how long it will take me to receive the goods?
If the product does not have an availability time, you will be able to collect the product the day after payment is received. If you have chosen delivery, you will need to pay extra for the shipping time.

Is it possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
In case you have given an incorrect delivery address and would like to change it (e.g. you have given your home address instead of your work address), please contact us immediately by e-mail: [email protected] or by phone 29460997 and clarify the delivery address.

Do I have to pay for delivery when ordering online ?
Delivery charges range from 2.99 € to 30.00 € (depending on the delivery time chosen). It is possible to pick up the order at the warehouse of SIA “AMBERGS” – Brīvības gatve 195-20, Riga, free of charge.
