Warranty
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for at least 24 months.
The manufacturer’s guarantee period for products varies.
For information on the manufacturer’s warranty period for a specific product, please ask the online shop’s customer advisor.
The right to make a claim applies if the product has been used only under the conditions intended.
For legal persons other than the Consumer, only the Manufacturer’s warranty period is provided.
Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty is valid if the buyer can produce:
– proof of purchase (receipt, bill of lading, invoice);
– manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product).
The manufacturer’s warranty shall not apply to damage caused by the fault of the purchaser or the user, which shall be:
– the product has defective serial numbers;
– the product has not been used for its intended purpose and has not been operated in the way described in the instructions for use;
– scratches, broken structures, water poured into unintended areas, improper care of the goods, unauthorised objects found in the goods, insects inside the goods or any other signs of improper use of the goods;
– damage due to rapid temperature fluctuations and other domestic and external factors such as soot, smoke, dust, humidity, impact, scratches;
– where the product shows signs of unqualified repair;
– in cases of natural wear and tear;
– if the product has been used by the buyer for industrial or professional purposes (if the product is not intended for such purposes);
– the warranty is void if the product has been damaged as a result of improper transport.
The customer is responsible for bringing the goods to the warehouse and for paying the costs.
